Still missing a lot of good things that CS:GO had but has kept a lot of the bad and the whole release experience has been pretty buggy.

Missing:
The Ability to Play Workshop maps with friends
A lot of the maps for Comp and Wingman that were in CS:GO, most importantly Cache
Team Deathmatch
Arms Race
Operations and new Cases(seriously the market boomed on release valve, surely you have made enough with that cut you take on every sale to make a new case)
The Ability to kick if you are 4 stack, stupid change but I get it

Still There:
Hackers/bad anti-cheat
Poor matchmaking
ez4ence music kit

But hey at least the game looks pretty, still better than Valorant
