This game inaccurate anti-cheat system flagged me for "Violating Terms of Use (Penalty 7 ban)" they accused me for cheating. i tried to contact Support team and they said they will need time to investigate as the game data is big and etc.. i had waited for around 50 days for their reply and eventually they replied and told me that they would not investigate further and my actions were against "Toram Online" Terms of Use, and once the ban is applied it cannot be removed. it doesn't matter how many times i contact them they just reply the same message.
i had really powerful gear and made friends (i lost contact of most of them after the ban) and had over 1600 hours in this game it was really painful that you wouldn't have any second chance even thought i never cheated(i was detected as bot) and yes this game has tons of bots and cheaters as it is hacked by android users. so you would probably not want to waste your time playing for over 1000 hours and ending up getting permanent ban that cannot be removed and without any warning or chance.
