Overall this is not a horrible game.

The mechanics of the game are simple enough to learn, be nice if things charged up quicker, easier. Some of elements can be confusing sometimes as to how to proceed in the levels - sometimes taking stuff from previous levels is a good idea.

YOU will most likely get frustrated at times.

Game does havee the usually F5/F9 for quicksave/reload - pretty handy.

Best time to buy? please buy it on sale or as long its under $10.

Do not bother getting this version.

You can literally do a better job using mods.

feels like a cashgrab to finish the recreation of FF7.

Would have loved a decent re-do improvement of the game. Only needed a short timeframe to see the utter laziness, slapjob, no effort put in.

Seriously how do they even consider this a remaster?

I loved the FF8 Game one of my favourites why do this bs?

The Sequel to Room 1, the puzzles continue on with some of these being rather challenging at first then you find leaving you feeling you should have looked their first lol. So come on in for another puzzle adventure including crossbow, lasers, mirrors, fire and other interesting elements.

Again i would recommend buying this game.

For those interested this was also gifted to me at the same time as room 1. I have now purchased the Room 3!

This is a interesting take on a picklocking/safecracking pandoras box game where you have to solve puzzle after puzzle with some being straightforward and easy to others being tricky to work out.

Basically a very good brain tease.

You shoould buy this? Yes it is considerably cheap so just do it for the developer of a very intriguing game.

For those that want to know: Game was gifted to me by a friend to see if i would enjoy it.

This is a TOP down style shooter that surprisingly for a Tablet/Mobile game is actually quote well made.

You play again as the Spartans style troops doing various missions from escort, kill everything, destroy structurs and hold outs.

There are some issues with the game namely being that same weapons are pointless from what i can see.

A welcome addition to the Halo universe on pc if only we could have Halo 3-5.

Very Frustrating Game.

The main point of this game in my opinion is to show the struggle that Amputees with prosthetics go through in their daily life for somthing that you take for granted.

I don't reccomend it due the bugs with the hand movement and fingers twitching too much as if they did that they would surely break, also from the game being incredibly annoying/frustrating.

Made by some of the guys behind DUNE and Command and Conquer series.

This goes back to good old days of RTS with some interesting mechanics especially when it comes to playing as the actual Goo.

collect some resources, build base, build units, upgrade tech, attack, repeat pretty much which is what RTS is all about is making decesisions on resource and unit allocation.

Graphically Good
Play's Great
Not overly resource or cpu intensive.
Cut Scenes are interesting

"SPOILER ALERT"

Campaign - Seems a bit short? maybe expansion later to fight the silence???

Would i buy this game again? HELL YES

Negatives:
Goo does not have a airborne unit
No space battle even on a spacestation which there could of been....
short campaign in my opinion.
That's it really.

Hostile Water: Antaeus Rising is one of my favourite older games.
From the moment i played the demo back when it was released! I was hooked unfortunetly for me at the time I had no method of obtaining it.

Basically you control a carrier ship which is 1 of two left in the Antaeue Project with the second being out of commison which has the ability to construct certain vehicles Land/air which will expand in variety as you play the game. The pilots for your vehicles are actually the soul of someone who died piloting one of the vehicles you harvest that have been recorded into a soulchip.

Construction happens because of the creation engine which is full of tiny nanites that can build things really fast due to sheer number of them however without energy you will not be able to make things.

You will need to collect energy via harvesting metallic objects that are littered throughout the levels.
To upgrade units/unlock tech you will need to fight and analyse vehicles/weapons.

From what I can tell thus far this is original untouched code that still play's well. The Resolution is still pretty low but don't let that put you off.

This is a strategy game that is in dire need for a HD remake or a sequel.

I am now a happy owner with 3 copies. 1 from amazon, 1 from gog and now thanks to steam I now have it in my steam library.

So what are you waiting for Captain? Buy it and play it.

Last time i checked this game is missing the 1.3 patch which is really needed.
This game is old so don't expect widescreen support.

Overall this game is worth playing just for the story alone, yes the game could use some POLISH to fix up some obious issues however it does not stop you from really enjoying the game with the various different game play mechanics involved.

Spoiler alert partially!

The polish i think it needs? Heres a quick list.
1. Fix the bug of hovering over stunned/taken down enemies.
2. Fix the bug when playing singleplay with AI that gets trapped e.g. in crawlspaces.
3. Better dialogue/information on what you are supposed to do e.g. How do i melee if i havent melee'd?
4. Space battle tutorial or improved dialogue.
5. No interaction with friendly? enslaved species.

Other than these i would still say quite a enjoyable game throughout with a good varying amount of things to shoot at whilst trying to find logs/things to scan to get acheivements.

You get a space battle, you get long range combat, stealth combat, Hanging and moving along walls/climbing and a little tiny bit of hand to hand.

At the end it could possibly be open for a sequel and if a sequel is made i would hope that more polish goes into the final game as it surely deserves it.
