离离原上草 远芳复古道
      一岁一枯荣 晴翠接荒城
      野火烧不尽 又送王孙去
      春风吹又生 萋萋满别情



The grass upon the plain is overwhelming.
But those wildfire flames are still burning
And spring winds' voices rise up once again.


A distant fragrance rolls across this ancient track
And verdant green returns to desolated walls.
These bring me once again my prince's leaving,
These endless grasslands of our farewell.
