A bit hard to get into the first time, most original missions are gone and you'd have to be good with missing a lot of the story that's not playable anymore

Other than that, it's really fun and I'll keep playing it, totally recommend it

This game started shallow and without any kind of content to speak of. No multiplayer no missions no npcs nothing. Just an empty world without anything to do but explore with no purpose.

However, it has changed and oh has it changed.

The game is now one of the best space exploration games I've seen with multiplayer aspect too. It's an absolute joy to play and I know it'll keep me entertained for many hours to come.

If you like games like Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing and alike, this is a game for you. It is really well made and the twist is interesting to say the least. Instead of being a farmer or a mayor, you run a workshop EVEN so, you can still grow crops, raise animals and more. The way you build the various devices is genius too.

One of the negatives I find in this game is the combat. It's not too good and brainded for the most part. It's obvious it wasn't the focus of the game but you do have to fight monsters a lot of the time.

Overall, the game's absolutely worth your money.

Loved the atmosphere, the writing and the intriguing side stories. I personally like the voice acting and the overall game was pretty good.

However, there's a few cons that I found overly annoying:

- Some puzzles are weird.
- The character movement is sluggish and the way you control your character is a chore. You have to keep your click pressed for your character to walk. This is annoying as hell.

That's all I found annoying. I'm sure there's more cons but I enjoyed the game. If you like stories and puzzles, you'll like this game despite of its flaws.

Where do I begin? Monster Hunter World is a fantastic game that you should go out and play right now if you're fan of:

- The Monster Hunter Series (obviously).
- Constant and pure boss fights.
- Teamwork.
- Rewarding gameplay.
- A good amount of content.

There's absolutely no contest. In my opinion, as a Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate player, this is the best game in the series to date. Some aspects can be fixed and/or improved but the overall package is pure Monster Hunter love all around.
I would've liked to see some monsters returning to the franchise but the new monsters do scratch that itch you're looking for. However, not everything is flowers and roses, like I said. The game has a few negative aspects that I do not find pleasing at all:

- Your HR(progress) is locked behind a main story.
- Unskippable cutscenes, UNSKIPPABLE CUTSCENES WHY.
- Can't join a hunt if the player is doing a main story hunt and they haven't watched all cutscenes (WHY DID THEY DO THIS).
- No G-rank (as of now, but iceborn will add Master Rank).
- Bad gathering hub this time around. It's pointless to use it mostly.
- Not good optimization for PC although it's been slightly improved (I run the game perfectly with a FX 8320 and a RX 480).
- NO ZAMTRIOS.

Everything else are pros from my point of view. Just be aware, if you plan to buy it to play with your friends, every single one of you will have to join a main story hunt separately, then leave and join to a single one after the cutscenes play. I still have no idea why they thought this was a good idea. The cutscenes played just fine in MH4U.

Those are the caveats I found and this comes from a Monster Hunter fan. Happy hunting!

FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL BUY THE GAME NOW.

A Hat in Time is a really good game that's worth every dime of its $30 price tag but it has some flaws that needs to be work on.

-For instance the game only has 4 worlds + 1 stage. This makes the game very short, a good ride that ends up with you wanting more.
-A lot of stages have great ideas to them and how you can use your hats to complete the level but most of the good ideas aren't used throughout the game and are only used on little bits.
-The enemy variety is very poor and I can see it isn't because of lack of ideas, they have everything they want and they've proven it. Unfortunately, the game falls short on this.
-Towards the end of the act 3, right on the final seconds of the boss, the game shows a laziness it didn't show on all of the other stages. Almost as if they decided to cut short the game from there on out. The chapter 4 is underwhelming and easily one of the worst chapters on the game and then they give you the chapter 5 which is actually only one level so I don't count it as a world.
-The game doesn't reward you or at least it doesn't have enough incentive for you to explore the world. I did it so it's why I've played 53hours of it and I can say the game doesn't reward you if you explore it on its entirely. Because of this the game feels like a linear level almost every time.
-I think there's not enough hats for you to enjoy. For a game called A Hat in Time, this could've been fixed. Also having only so many tries on the slot machine was a mistake.

Despite all of its flaws, the game still stands up but I think it'd be better to talk about his flaws more than why it is so good, everyone is talking about how good it is but they don't find any flaws.

As for the pros for this game, it has too much to count so I'll simply make a tiny list.
+Charming atmosphere.
+Level design.
+Boss battles and their difficulty. Not too easy and not too hard.
+The music is outstanding.
+Sounds effects are well done and every one is satisfying.
+Our control over the character is over the top, the best platformer controllers I've had the pleasure to play in the last couple of years.
+The characters' writing are so good, the jokes are on point and they don't use memes every five seconds. They have their own identity and raise it proud.
+Full voice acting to inject more life into the game. While it can't be good for every character, it's worth to mention for a couple of them.

With everything and all I think this game stands out against the huge behemoths of the genre but it needs to work on its flaws if there's a sequel. Then it'd be a master piece.
