You want a killer that starts at 115% movement then gets 25% more.
Who also break through pallets (a survivors only defense) in half the time.
WITH a long lunge. AND while he's being a nurse in a different skin, WITH his BILLY CHARGE, you also want all survivors to be doing ALL actions 20% slower. ON TOP OF the RUIN he 100% will be running. Did I get that right?

This sounds like you want to play nurse, but you don't want everyone thinking you have no skill.
