All I can say is this game is just fantastic. So much freaking fun. Perfect game to play with friends when you're limited on time. Absolutely beautiful. The sound and visuals are incredible. Waited for it to drop in price but it is worth so much more than that! If you're looking for squad/cover shooter then this is it!

Bought this for my daughter to play and she has really enjoyed it. I'm really only writing this review to point out the lack of steam cloud and how bizarre I find that. Transferring save files manually is beyond archaic.

At its core this game really is a blast. Getting on and playing with friends is such a unique experience. I would consider this an evolution in the battle royle genre, it improves on things other games have done and I'm sure the next big battle royale game will improve on this games shortcoming. My biggest issue with the game is how poorly it runs on even very beefy rigs. The game is so incredibly glitchy it becomes very frustrating. You need to be fast in this game so you have to rely on it working, sadly picking items happens to be a luck of the draw of it'll actually end up in your inventory or equipped, leaving you open to dying if it doesn't give you your item. The lobbyis a buggy mess and even has the option to refresh because it is such a disaster. Finding a new game is almost instant due to the enormous player base but after dying, reloading the lobby, launching into the pre game room, then dropping you're spending about 5 minutes between each round just doing nothing. That time adds up and gets very frustrating if you die pretty quickly after droping out of the plane. My last concern is that many of the player base, myself included, have requested some sort of test room/shooting range to actually get practice. They have yet to add such a requested and needed feature. I don't really see this game making the long run, I'd wait for the next better game to come out.
