This game has a lot of great quality of life improvements over the original game. Road building is a lot easier and much cleaner looking, the graphics look pretty good especially compared to the first game. The performance issues are definitely there but the game is still very playable for me (Ryzen 5 5600x, RX 6750XT). I never saw any reason to refund the game because there is a very high chance that the performance problems will be resolved as the game gets patched, in which then I would just buy the game again anyways. I don't see this game going on sale for a decent discount any time soon honestly. If you like city builders and have a decent computer, I think this game is worth getting and using while the game gets updated.

It's a great time wasting game that provides impressive physics and lots of entertainment. I just wish it was better optimized for AMD GPUs, as the game doesn't run all that well on my AMD GPU based PC.

Steep learning curve but once you get it, 100% worth it
