An amazing 2D RPG with morality system, progression, skill checks and great writing. The game is something like european Gothic horror blending with slavic mythology, creating a pretty unique story about vampires, their society and how said vampires live among humans.
It's not a very big game and it has a pretty small cast of characters, but the possibility to interact and influence every one of them is perfect. Lots of main character's actions (or inaction) can and will affect progression of quests and their outcome. Surviving till the end and witnessing how lives of people changed due to player's choices is incredibly satisfying.
Regarding visuals and audio, Cabernet has a great and clean art style, with very good soundtrack and voice actors doing an amazing job. Even NPCs with small roles are voiced too.
However, there are some problems of technical nature. During my first walkthrough I encountered some bugs, but thankfully, not of the desktop crashing or locking progression type. Developers are actively working on patches, so I hope that even minor bugs will be dealt with.

An excellent continuation of the black-and-white medieval mystery. Some questions from the first volume got answered and the new ones appeared. The characters are great and are the highlight of the game. The soundtrack is of the same high quality as in the first part. Strongly recommend.

Even after 2 years after release it's still a fun game to play.

Amazing horror game with interesting story, great characters and sound design. There is no jump scares and the horror is based on unsettling atmosphere which permeates the story from the very beginning and till the end.
Majority of the gameplay consists from walking around, talking with people and choosing dialogue options, with periodical QTE (which can be turned off in options at any time).
I hope that developers will make second part since they left some loose threads and some story lines are clearly not finished.

I liked new map, but optimisation is atrocious. FPS drops in random places and during fights. New UI is badly designed. Simply navigating through it is hard. In order to give the hunter equipment the player needs to click a dozen times through menus and submenus. The space is clattered with unnecessarily big elements occupying too much space. Using such UI is nothing but torture.

Amazing DLC. Incredible gameplay, incredible new enemies, incredible new weapons, incredible visuals. Fortunately for me there is no big performance issues apart from slight FPS drop from 60 to 55.

Very good visual novel, with interesting story and great characters. And soundtrack is an absolute banger!

A good visual novel with a few rough edges in it.
First off, a positive stuff:

• Pretty visuals with plenty of unique colourful characters and backgrounds
  
• Good soundtrack in the spirit of the time depicted in VN
  
• An engaging story about personal conflict and social-economic discrepancy in the end of XIX century
  
• Simple puzzles allowing to get rest from continuous reading (and which can be safely skipped!)
  
• Stylish pictures and descriptions of various clothes and personal items used in those days (I was amazed to learn that such simple things as buttons on a coat could reveal many about their owner)
  
• Lots of choices leading to different outcomes
  
• Hack mode to help player view different endings

Secondly, aforementioned rough edges:

• Lots of typos, however not critical enough to distract from story
  
• Minor bugs, like sentences being repeated or UI glitching
  
• Lots of choices leading to same outcome since developer guides player towards specific narrative (though I understand that creating truly unique paths is difficult, moreover for a small game studio)

It's clear that developer put a great effort into the game and cares about it. All in all, I liked this VN and recommend it to play.

Номинация на премию «ДРУГ ПОЗНАЁТСЯ В ИГРЕ». Очень больно и обидно (нет) смотреть как друг хостящий игру падает в пропасть в очередной раз и всё теряет. Или убивает нейтральных NPC. Или бегает и кричит, что нужна помощь пока ты занимаешься всякой фигней.

Pretty fun and entertaining game, especially with friends who are ready to accompany you into dangerous and treacherous depths.
