I can't recommend this CDLC at time of release.
"Purchase this DLC to support your favorite third-party developer and enjoy some of their best work yet."
Some of their best work yet, appears to sadly, not be good enough.

In context of previous CDLC; where there were issues, at least the ground work was present for something worth your money.

I looked at this DLC through the lens of how I as mission maker may use the assets, to create a compelling experience. And purchased this and other DLC for their content. This mod has nothing that a willing mod-set creator could bring together on their own, or what is already readily available in the mod scene.
I can not speak for the game modes, as I gave up playing shortly after playing a singular mission.

Config patches and texture updates is all this mod is.
Most assets appear to be Arma2 ports with the bare requirements to make them work in Arma3 filled.
While texture quality for the most part appears fine on uniforms, the models are not fit for paid A3 content.
The texture quality on vehicles is a different story.
Basic Arma3 DLC Helicopter DLC compatibility has been missed, with no support for AFM.

This mod doesn't seem different from the CSLA dev posts from 2016 onward.
It's saddening that BI would green light release in it's current state, thus giving this content their seal of approval.

I hope this mod will receive updates and improvements. However, it seems that the dev team has seemingly been working on this for 5 years in the least. Through the release of this product, the CSLA team has lost my confidence in them to produce a DLC that is worth your money.

If you truly wish to support an Arma 3 DLC/mod dev team, donate to the likes of RHS, CUP, 3CB and so many other creative driven modders, whom for years have provided their amazingly high quality content for free.
