The better of the 3 Half Life expansions, It's good that you don't need Half Life 1 to own this! But still I'd prefer it more clean and set as DLC on the store page, Opposing Force's concept is VERY interesting, And the game is even better, If you liked Half Life and don't have this, The game is pretty much a must-buy.
