I originally bought this game when it released in 2011.

I was wary at first, after the bad taste that Dynasty Warriors 6 put in my mouth. (Even the PS2 version and Empires didn't help much.)

I was VERY glad to see that it wasn't the case. I probably hadn't had this much fun playing a Dynasty Warriors game since 4. (I skipped 5) Of course, when Xtreme Legends released, and DLC along with it, I bought those too.

Because around the time I started to invest in PC gaming full time, I retired my PS3, so I never fully finished the game.

But like many others, imagine my surprise when I saw it pop up for sale on Steam. And for the price tag for everything that comes in it! (Especially compared to how much I originally paid for the base game + DLC + Xtreme Legends)

Sooooo, here comes the opportunity to play through the game once again, (and actually complete it this time!) even though I also have 8. (Which I will revisit in the future)

Maybe this'll be a new trend; to bring older KOEI games to Steam. Warriors Orochi 3 is another game I need to complete.

I had some rough bumps in getting the game to start (and those damned long loading times) and near wanted to refund the game out of frustration.....but after getting those smoothed out? I played for five hours straight. The most fun I've had in a racing game in MANY years.
