A nice Simulator with a lot of potential!
There are updates coming out regulary with the content the community wants.

Playing on your or on random servers can become pretty boring over time, but there are a lot of RP Communities with wich it never gets boring and there is always something new to do!

Would definitly recommend buying if you like Simulations and PD/FD/EMS work and can live with a unfinished game!

Otherwise i would recommend waiting a bit until buying!
