campaign is fun but the story is about as deep as an inflatable kiddie pool

multiplayer is beyond ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

the devs are driving this game into the ground and the toxic playerbase are helping them.

don't get me wrong, everything about this game is amazing, high paced action, amazing aesthetics and a fresh air from all the modern F2P games.

HOWEVER the devs have a clear bias towards 1 of the 3 classes and are actively making this game worse for anyone who isn't playing the light class by nerfing the 2 other classes. driving gadgets and guns into the ground for medium and heavy players while buffing the light class weapons both in damage and ease of use, essentially removing any semblance of skill needed.

i feel like they crumble under the heavy critique from the toxic playerbase infesting their community as well. you can see for yourself in their own discord whenever a light class nerf comes around the TIDAL waves of crying and moaning over the most minor ♥♥♥♥ imaginable.

ive been playing this game since closed beta 2 and stopped over halfway during season 3, most gunfights nowadays devolve into getting 1-2 shot by snipers camping the same 2 spots in every map or getting outgunned face to face by a class thats supposed to be a harraser/flanker not to mention that every countermeasures (winch claw, bubble shield, mines to name a few) for that have gotten yet another nerf in season 4

i really hope that im proven wrong sooner rather then later but i dont see this game surviving another 3 years with the trajectory its going now

i like to let my eyes glaze over and mindlessly kill the same 10 enemy types for marginally better equipment

looked at trailer, expected a really hype game

not only did i get that, i got an extra rollercoaster of a crazy ex drama story.

11/10 dev overdelivered even if he didnt wanted it

this game has everything going for it, great visual artsyle, a kickass sound track, gunplay that keeps getting better and it encourages teamwork

but this game has been on life support for ages.
its peak was 1K players and now its averaging 250 players.
