Game crashes 20 seconds into the introduction/start up screen. I have tried every troubleshooting step suggested online and via reddit. I am refunding this game and I will buy it in the future once the bugs have been ironed out.

Awesome game. It has more improved mechanics compared to the 1st Tomb Raider.
