I bought this game during a steam sale on a whim, mostly because I'm crazy about open world games ,secondly because I had seen quite a few gameplay videos which had piqued my curiosity and the last reason being that this game can be a tad pricey HOWEVER I am extremely pleased to say that this game has not only exceeded my expectations but has become the most played game in my steam library.


1. Excellent visuals, large open and well detailed environments.
2. Well implemented parkour, with actual freedom to go anywhere provided you've got the skills.
3. A good soundtrack which provides a lot of atmosphere to the game.
4. Excellent co-op, most of the randoms I played with eventually became friends ! Brilliant implementation of co-op.
5. The tense and frenetic pace the game takes once the sun sets !
6. The buggy (if you bought the following expansion ), there is something extremely satisfying about mowing down zombies with a flame spewing, electrocuting war machine !
7. The zombies ! (after all it is a zombie game)
8. The excellent devs who made this game a labour of love


1. The story isn't going to win any Oscars, however all the characters are memorable and likeable EXCEPT RAIS !
2. Tad bit pricey, worth the full price, but if you're tight, wait for a steam sale.
