My favorite part of this game is when you get up to the Paintress and you just talk it out and nothing else happens after that and the Gommage doesn't exist anymore and everyone goes home happy yay Expedition 33~
**SPOILERS**
In all honesty, I do really love this game. I'm not sure if it's my PC or the PC port, but mine is constantly crashing. So much, it's almost hard for me to finish the game. Multiple boss fights, mid fight, the game will crash. It doesn't even give me the option to wait for it to fix itself, it just crashes completely.

I do love the combat style and the way to level your characters (pictos, etc), and I love all the references and subtle hints the story gives you. However, I have a big gripe with the story. The whole 'nothing was real' is almost lazy to me. It makes the game feel like everything you've done up to right this moment in time meant absolutely nothing. It makes it almost tough to finish the game. The emotional attachments I made to all of the characters just fly out the window at that exact moment. Kinda really sucked tbh.

All in all, very good game worth buying and playing. I'm just a bit disappointed in the storyline.

This game is literally one of the most adorable, enjoyable, aesthetic, and just overall perfect games I've ever played. Don't even bother reading any negative reviews because those people have never played an actual indie game in their life. A LOT of work goes into a game, a lot of support, and a lot of people go into making video games and I cannot be more obsessed with Calico. I sat and 100%'d it in about 6 hours, but when went right to bed and bought it on my Nintendo Switch and started another playthrough there.

The music in this game is so beautiful - I'm not sure who is the artist behind the music but good god; I wish it never stopped. There are a few things I wish were different in the game, but that's just having more things to do. I feel like everything can be done so quickly so I'm constantly looking for something to do in it. I'm also obsessed with the giant cat and wish we would play with it more.

I'm a HUGE cat person who also loves magical girls so this game is just perfect. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the inclusiveness and that all of the characters' pronouns are in their descriptions - I feel like it makes knowing the characters all the more better. I CANNOT GET OVER THE BAKING PORTION!! It's so smart and so much fun?! I wish there were more things to bake because it's such a big brain move to have that mechanic!

I cannot stop raving about this game - I've bought it for my friends and I now own it on two different medias. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful game that surrounds not just cats but all animals, I would 100000% recommend it. Brb gonna go play it again

I love this game, it has such a unique charm to it. I love all of the dialogue between the characters whether it be with me or the other villagers. Rebuilding this little town has brought me so much joy! I love that marriage was added and that there are a ton of eligible bachelors. You play as a gender neutral character so it's super fun to play around with hairstyles and the dialogue/how your townspeople treat you isn't different at all. I kept reading about the ending scenes with Dudley and I may just add that it was so sweet - thank you so much for bringing Dudley into all of our lives. I'm almost 100% done with my first playthrough and I can't wait to play it again and choose another marriage choice!
