This is coming from a long time DayZ fan with 1000+ hours in SA alone and who has played the series from the very first day of the mod release of DayZ for arma 2.

What an absolute ♥♥♥♥ company you are.

Nearly four years in Alpha with no real significant update in that whole period of time, bar add a couple of weapons, fixing endless bugs and a bunch of arbitairy content (like wind noises) that no one wanted what the ♥♥♥♥ have you been doing?

Now there was some hope for DayZ, when I downloaded the offline beta I liked the new melee system, interface, gun play and even the graphics / overall feel of the game seemed alot better. Then the fiasco of the experimental and stress test began. Firstly your servers cannot even handle the current stress test, BE kicks people constantly, the lag is unbareable with zombies teleporting, walking in slow mo or players teleporting or getting stuck on doors etc. How do you expect people to test something that doesn't even work?

The experimental is in no better state currently with constant crashes and bugs.

I mean really, how hard is it, I am not a game designer, but all you had to do was make an open world game on a map that already existed with a concept that already existed and make it better. Some how you made the game far worse than the mod days and keep coming up with excuses.

You are basically a scam company who is more interested in money hence you talk about bringing DayZ to consoles. There was a time where Bohemia released decent games and cared about it's customers but those days are no more, I pray your company shuts down and the entire of your DayZ sales refunded out of your own pockets.

A really good free to play game. Most of the people writing negative reviews are complaining about the same problems all match making systems have such as sometimes being so or my personal favourite ''being unbalanced'' A.K.A they just got their ass handed to them in a match by a premade or just better players.

I agree that the community can be quite ''toxic'' but then again most of the internet is and competitive games bring out the worst in people, this is not a negative design in the game it is human nature in general people, if you can't handle the competitive atmosphere's I suggest stop playing competitive games.

Pros:

- Excellent, smooth gameplay if you have a decent internet connection
- Great Visuals especially on the new map
- Well balanced classes all of which have something unique and useful to bring to the table
- Although people can slightly ''pay to win'' it does not massively effect the game
- Forces teamplay in order to win
- Daily reward system is nice


Cons:

- Unplayable if you have a bad internet connection
- Maps seem a bit bland and boring
- Not enough game modes
- In my opinion should limit classes to two a side so for example there can't be 4 sentinels, this would make people try new classes they haven't done before.
- Community can be immature but great at the same time, just ignore the trolls.

Overall I can't complain for a free to play game.
