Kathy Rain is a solid point and click adventure game. The puzzles are clever without being impossible, and the storyline could be compared to a lite version of Gabriel Knight in a sense. if you enjoy just picking up a point and click adventure game to pass some time throughout the week, this is a solid choice.

If you generally enjoy the Dragon Quest series, you shouldn't hesitate playing this entry. I feel it's the best DQ game thus far. The story is great, and even maintains the unique humor and comedic relief DQ fans know well. The battle system is still old-school DQ, which is great for understanding what skills to work towards early, but it could have been interesting to see something new here.

I certainly did more casino and item creation grinding than was probably necessary, so my time on record is a little skewed.

Overall, this is a solid adventure game with a good story. A few minor interface issues exist, but they do not detract from the joy of playing this game.

I was looking for a P&C adventure game to get wisked away in today, and I saw that this had come out a few weeks ago. It's one of the best in the Blackwell series to date. All adventure game enthusiasts should play through this entire series at least once.

Want a fun time sink? This is your game. I've never had so much fun coming up with crazy titles and managing a sim as I have playing Game Dev Tycoon.

With each successive company you play, you can choose to have your knowledge from previous company plays carry over. While it isn't that close to working in a real game company, some of the decision making you have to make provides more insight into what developers do need to balance.

Having played the physical board game several times, I highly recommend this game as a good introduction to the board game. It's an easy way to get friends familiar with the mechanics, and then go on and explore the various expansions of board game Talisman.

This is one of the best adventure games and story plots I've experienced in a long time. Each successive chapter of the story improves upon the previous both in terms of game play mechanics, story writing, and decision consequences in the later chapter.

This is one of the first "simple yet deep" games to get that concept right in a while. Pick it up and see for yourself.
