As someone who has historically struggled with my mental health, I have used gaming as an escape. It's caused me to log a very gross amount of time in different games. This has always been embarrassing for me, and I would keep my hours hidden. As part of my journey for recovery, I am trying to become less ashamed of who I am. I no longer hide my hours and I am trying to not set my status as invisible as often. Please be kind and gentle, or i might cry ):
