TO EVERYONE HAVING DOWNLOAD LOOPS/STALLS THAT TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE:
1. Disable Windows Defender & Firewall
2. Disable Auto Tuning - https://www.ontimetech.com/blog/is-windows-10-slowing-down-your-computers/
2. Run program as Administrator
3. Change install path
4. It's still gonna take ten years, and I'm on gigabit

I downloaded this game when it had mostly negative reviews. No regrets.
Okay, so the storylone was a little wierd, but co op is awesome.
Actually, the whole game is a blast. Sliding is awesome, and it is NOT a pay to win. It runs buttery smooth and it's an overall great time killer. Worth a download.
