"Login failed. Check your info"

It says I played in 2014 but I can't remember it. I just started truly playing about 1 week ago. All was well for a few days. I was even able to successfully link up with a friend who owns Warframe on console.

The next day, I tried to login and was met with "Login failed, check your info." I searched online and other people have a similar issue but I have yet to see a successful resolution. I'm in touch with support and it was suggested I have a DNS issue, but after doing what what requested, the issue remains.

The support page on the issue says the most likely culprit is my IP address. From Warframe Support page "If you can successfully log in the account in question at Warframe.com, chances are the IP address you are currently using may be getting flagged at some point. Because some ISPs (Internet Service Provider) share IPv4 addresses between many people and that sometimes someone that you're sharing with has triggered security measures that prevent login."

I left my router unplugged last night to force a new IP address. I was able to login this morning, once, but the issue has since returned. At the moment, honestly, it's a fun game, but with such a major issue this early (in a game where they'd like you to login daily) I can't recommend someone to invest their finite time in this. I didn't spend much on plat, (I tossed some cash in to support the devs) but I regret the money I did spend.

Edit: Improper formatting

Had to stop playing this game when I spent ~4 hours trying to slay every enemy on the map! I'll get back to it tho when I get a bit more time. Great game, well thought out levels and awesome character introduction.

Note: You do NOT have to spend that much time on every level. I just got obsessive about it.

Fun game. Get the season pass for all the DLC. New character on May 14th!
