This is where the series popped off and became the goliath it is today. Has all the incredible gameplay of new CS titles + you can bhop! This allows player expression and gives you chances to make montages like the classic 'CSS : phoon too much for zblock [FULL HD] bunnyhop fragmovie'

So innovative for its time. The staying power of the Counter-Strike series is something to be studied. This game really started it all and still holds up incredibly well. I still find myself launching the game to play every once in a while for the nostalgia of the title. I didn't even play it when it was brand new, but it still feels nostalgic. I can't recommend CS 1.6 more.
