One year later, I decided to give Dark Souls another try. This time completed with DSFix, DSMFix, DSCFix, each of them resolution/graphics, mouse, and connection fix, respectively.

And I can say, I have completed Dark Souls! It was quite a journey, from rage quitting the first time, to give it a second try, trying Taurus Demon (First boss where I rage quitted over) over 19 times, and finally beating him. It is funny, that after this boss, every other boss fell like a domino. Maybe I have built my mentality that I could beat any boss by beating Taurus Demon.

I have to report that I used mouse and keyboard throughout, and you don't need a controller for this game. I'm glad I didn't miss this gem. Now onto Dark Souls II!

Maybe I really suck at this game, I literally played the same level over and over and over again, then died and lost all my progress. The controls are extremely consolized, even the button description has xbox buttons beside it. Of course I had installed the DSfix and mouse fix. But this game has no PC designed in mind. After a while, it feels like a grind, I don't want to grind in a single player game.

The enemies are unfairely over powered, it's a one hit kill for you for the stronger enemies. I didn't enjoy my experience, and thus would not recommend this to anyone unless your pain tolerance is really high. Waste of my $20.
