Definitely a big disappointment but for $10 CAD in 2024 it's a small fun RTS. Only issues I can't shake are how slow it is and the extremely boring and lifeless maps.

Visually, the entire game takes place on a book, with smooth and quick transitions between menus, exploration, and combat, making it extremely easy to jump in and play quick games, especially since runs typically only last a couple hours!

Mordheim has an unmatched amount of sadistic and janky charm unlike any other game I've played. If you love triumphing over the face of insurmountable odds (and incredibly cruel RNG gods), you might enjoy this game!
