Like all competitive online games, CS:GO is a toxic mess. The community gets worse every day, the game is riddled with cheaters and you get stuck in a rank you know you're far better than. But that doesn't really matter.

Like all competitive online games, you can't do anything to combat this. So your only solutions are to give up and never look back, or feed your addiction to the game with what little glimmer of hope still resides within you.

I chose the latter.
