he needed to get to the "aliens" fast so he did a jump from space and blew up mars on his space cycle
and then he met the bad guy and the bad guy was also John DOOM but evil and he said... nothing because John is too cool for words
and so he took the BFG and put it in the crab robot's mouth and pulled the trigger and the day was saved and everyone loved him
