This is where the timer comes in:
Set a timer for 2 minutes.
Make sure to check the eggs throughout the two minutes
Once the 2 minutes is up, check the eggs.
If you can see through the eggs after the two minutes, you want to cut a gap inbetween the two yolks as pictured
NOTE: You do not want to wait over 4 minutes for the eggs to cook on one side, it will ruin the runny effect of the yolk, you aren't just making playdoh eggs are you?
Once you can no longer see through the eggs, you want to flip them over! It is best that you have a long spatula.
Once you have flipped the eggs, it is up to you how long you want to cook them. If you want a runny-solid yolk, go for about a minute and a half max. If you want a runnier yolk, do a minimum of 45 seconds. In my opinion a yolk that doesn't run as much goes great on toast!
