Wow, what an amazing game. tl;dr the game is great, get it. It's worth the 12 or so bucks.
First off, I'd like to pick the low hanging fruit complaints about this game.

-It's locked at 30 fps.
-There is literally nothing else wrong with it.

The music, simply put, fits very well with each boss and area it goes with. Though since you'remore focused on not getting killed by that assasin I feel like you're not listening to the music too hard.

The game is split up into 7 different areas split up into 3 levels (3 of these ares only have one level however). Each run will be different because the levels are randomly generated, so you'll never get the same thing twice.

Basically, you have a 100% chance of dying in this game, as it will basically loop forever until you die, or decide to end the run.

The graphics are not enough to make your eyes bleed when trying to figure out what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on after about 50 golden scorpions have shot in your direction, but they are enough to help you distinguish bullets from non bullets. The characters are all unique, some being better than others, but nonetheless all the characters are fun to play.

There are a bunch of different weapons and 6 different weapon types; Bullet weapons, which deal low damage but generally fire faster than other weapons.
Explosive weapons which, you guessed it, fire explosive shots (except for flame throwers and the jackhammer).
Energy weapons, which deal high damage but generally use up more ammo than other weapons.
Shell weapons, which are generally shotguns that are best when used close to the enemy.
Bolt weapons, which are mostly crossbows. don't use the disc gun it's garbage.
And finally, melee weapons, which can deflect bullets and hit enemies hard, and most require no ammo to use, so it's a good thing to keep one handy.

The controls are fairly simple being WASD to move left click to shoot right click to use your active ability space (or mouse wheel) to switch weapons and E to pick up different weapons (though you can change this in the settings) The game is extremely responsive and I never feel that I'm not going in the direction I want to go.

This game pulls 0 punches when it comes to difficulty, and it only gets harder every time you enter a new area, with stronger, different enemies, and bosses. The bosses consist of Big Bandit, who is equipped with a machine gun, and does an instant kill charge when you're close to him or behind a wall, Big Dog, who is a very large 3 headed robodog with some spiral guns and homing rockets that will make you wish you hadn't not payed attention if you're not careful, Lil' Hunter, who ends every run like ever comes out of the sky and lands with a fiery ring around his feet, he can call in backup I.D.P.D. (the fun police) but he's very vulnerable when he does so, he will generally shoot his shotgun of bouncing bullets, but will pull out an automatic sniper rifle whenever you get far away, and finally, The Throne, equipped with a giant lazer, exploding radiation balls, and 6 rapid fire radiation guns, he can also summon Radiation Ghosts to help him destroy the everloving crap out of you.

It's sad to see that this game has such as small fan base. I really wish there were more people who knew of this hidden gem of a game. But unfortunately that is not the case. Hey if you read that whole thing good job with sticking through it, you're a cool person.
