Awesome. Just awesome! It's quickly become my favourite racing game and the cars sound amazing. Nothing better than racing with the boys around Brands Hatch or Misano! It provides a healthy dose of adrenaline and intensity with a ton of realism. One downside is the in game spotter voice is really soft and unenthusiastic, he sounds like he's bored or doesn't like his job lmao (Just use Crew Chief v4)

Very satisfying conclusion to the trilogy! Well done sirs! However comma, there are some oddities to note. The camera can get stuck in some areas, specifically in one of the challenge tombs for me and the game does have some glitches were let's say you jump and Lara does not grab onto that ledge she was clearly supposed to and capable of doing from like 2 feet away, if you play on the hardest difficulty like me, dying will make you lose a lot of progression, so this was very fustrating to encounter, then when you try it again, in the words of Todd Howard, it just works! Like really? But Lara is beautiful to look at, so yeah that kept me going. All in all, 8.5 / 10.

It's 2013. Just me and my Xbox 360. The memories! So Heartwarming!

I absolutely had to come back to this remaster on PC 6 years later after playing the original. The same wacky story and badass combat is still here and despite playing the story once on Xbox, it feels new again. Meet some buddies online for Co-Op and holy s**t, what explosive action. It also encourages heavy teamwork and really the funny comical but also serious story is a treat and never dull to play.

Between Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, These two are fighting for the top spot of the year for me. 10/10

Boring for me imo, but meh it's alright I guess.

So having finished this game, including side missions, here's what I have to say about it:

This is just plain beautiful! Having played both Mafia and Mafia II, this lived up to the great storytelling those games had and since the lipsyncing is the best I've seen in a long time, it feels like a movie as well. I will say that the cutscenes are long though they are engaging and eye opening. 10/10 on this department.

Okay so this is a mixed bag, at times the game looks very good, nice, clean and modern. The city of New Bordeaux is done very well. Then at times it looks very much like a game from 2008 even being surpassed by Mafia II which is now a very old game. The game often throws in too much bloom and the reflections look very muddy even on the highest graphical settings. Don't even get me started on the rain shards that fall. Looks very bad, like huge grey pencil marks falling. This part is very average at best. 6/10

While some of the car sounds just sound plain like a squealing animal, some are actually done right and the environmental sounds are very good, tire sounds while slightly exaggerated are done very well. What really shines though is the voice acting. I cannot give enough praise on that front. The voice acting is unbelievably well done. The best I've heard in a very long time. Trust me, when the characters are talking and stuff, combined with some of the best lipsyncing, it's unreal. Guns have punch to them as well, save for 1 or 2. Overall I give this a 9/10

With the driving physics set to 'Simulation', driving is fun as hell, but the problem comes in when after the first few hours with the game, you realize just how utterly repetitive is it. Until the very end of the game, you nearly doing the same thing over and over. Kill the boss and his goons at district 1, take over it. Once you've done that, you've done about 90% of what the game has to offer. Mind you, you have to do this 10 times. It's very repetitive. While combat is fun and engaging, it doesn't do the gameplay any justice because it's just so repetitive. I will say though in smaller ways, Hanger 13 has put in some effort in other places, such as cops, traffic laws, the witness system and such, so at least there's that that's well done, but the main gameplay is annoyingly repetitve. I ran into bugs a total of around 10 times with this game. Infinite loading, 1 crash, Not being able to progress through the story, Guns being randomly swapped out etc. 6/10

Mafia II absolutely shined with the music and I will say this, Mafia III lives up and to it and maybe even improves on it. The OST and licensed tracks on offer here are simply the best. Goes with the times as well. It just adds that much more to the game, it's very immersive and beautiful. 10/10

A great game at times, a bad one at other times and the bugs don't help. Buy it if you in it to complete the story pretty much but not at full price. A heavy discount (70%) or more and maybe it's a justified purchase. But it's just way to repetitive. Overall I enjoyed it though. The story kept me going and numbs the repetitiveness.

The beautiful experience I never got to finish on the Xbox 360. 8.5/10

Very fun with friend. It's cool alone but that's not where it's at. Gunplay is very awesome. Absolutely beautiful graphics and bullet physics are on point. Only downside are the car physics. They feel too arcadey, but luckily it's not so bad and you stop noticing eventually. Great stuff and can meet very cool people online especially in Role Play servers. It's pretty funny when your squad leader is your 'Mom' and you the youngest of the kids. Or when you're a biker gang dominating the world!

As a huge supporter of indie developers, I saw this and liked the idea. As an idea, it has potential. Lots of it. But there are some things that need fixing and improving. First of all is the hit detection system. It's hit and miss (no pun intended). Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and it can be frustrating to see clear hits just not detected thrice in a row. Secondly, it takes forever to find a match. Understandably, the player base is very very small but waiting 15m plus for a match is wayyy too long, but as the player base grows, this will get better. Thirdly, is the incredibly annoying freezing. While only lasting about a second, it's noticeable and happens too frequently. This is running on a 1070. This needs to be patched.

All in all, I'll be keeping an eye on the game as I can see it becoming very fun to play.

Edit: Turns out this is an asset flip, so RewindApp is incompetent. Great. Just great.

So I picked this up for less than $1 and I must say it's enjoyable once you get into it, but the problem is the game doesn't do much in the way of storytelling and choices, so it feels like you just reading a book with no say for the first 20 minutes. Only then does your first choice come and it doesn't even have a impact on the story. The story is 95% told and 5% choices.

At least the voice acting is good for the price, but it's completely in Japanese with no way to change it. Only English subtitles are available, but as an anime lover I wasn't bothered by this. A really annoying thing is that the game runs at 720p windowed, which totally breaks immersion. No way to change the resolution (There is NO SETTINGS MENU!!) So the game runs fine, but the borders break the immersion. Also the names of the characters are Japanese. Would be totally fine if they weren't so similar to each other. You will have a hard time trying to remember who is who. Trust me.

Overall: 5.5/10 (Okay story, Decent voiceovers, Effort, Music is excellent. The game is cheap) || (Bad UI, No Settings Menu, runs at 720p windowed, story dragged out)
