Imo this has noting to do with Sacred.

What made Sacred 1 and 2 good is not in this game.

Where is the inventory, lootsystem, ability to set skills and stats ?

Well, part of what made Sacred 1 and 2 good was the passion and hard work of developers who cared.

Sacred 3 was made by different people, as the original creators lost their rights to the franchise.

However, if you enjoyed Sacred 1 and 2, take a gander over here:

The developers of the first two games formed a new studio and are making the spiritual successor to the series. For all rights Unbended would have been Sacred 3 otherwise.
