Early Access Review
This is one of those Vive games that could (and in my mind probably deserves to be) priced higher. There's a lot of fun here, most of it in the world creation and the small areas that flow together well to give you a sense of adventure. The only thing I would like to try is a different, slower locomotion option as the teleporting can allow you to zoom through areas.

The combat is challenging (if not a slight bit wonky) but the weapons are all fun to use. The enemy designs are all really cool too. Threatening in a cartooish way that doesn't come off as silly.

What this game nails though is the overall mood and feel of each area. The spooky castles, the swamps, grand halls filled with fire mages. Each new fight is a new challenge and the backdrops can really add to the tension in some areas.

I've played through the campaign twice now (and will be going through again on Hard Mode soon). I'd seriously recommend this game to anyone just getting in to VR. Hopefully this is a taste of further things to come not from just this dev but others.

Disclaimer: I puchased this from the Viveport Store. Unfortunately that edition didn't have level editor support (Devs are working on this) so they provided me with a steam key so I could get the full experience. I recieved my steam key for free but only due to their generosity.

I played the demo before buying this and I'm glad I did. What looks and feels like a novelty game on the outstide is actually a really well crafted and fun experience on the inside. The tracking works (mostly), the shot power processes well and each level is for the most part individually great.

The addition of a level editor is the icing on the cake. Some of the community levels are fantastic and it's really fun seeing what other people have come up with.

I've not yet tried the online mode and may update my review when I have. For the moment the singleplayer has me hooked.

Short but a nice introduction to how VR can scale and make you feel the illusion of movement. Would recommend trying when you first get your VR Headgear. People who have been using them a while might not take so much from this.

Better than I was expecting. Good variety of weapons coupled with a fairly engaging story makes for a good time. The TMD mixes things up in a way that isn't completely game breaking.
