This is actually great, i havent noticed any frame differences in games that i tried with this one in the background - i have it on an option to pause when something opens i full windowmode.
But i got a decent rig so that could be why i dont notice any difference.

Gpu 1080 Gaming Z @ 2000mhz
Cpu i7 6700k @4.6 ghz
16gb RAM.
