I don't often write reviews for video games. I play what I play and usually get board. Rarely do I stick with a title after the first 10 minutes. You'd think short games would be right up my ally, but they're not. Froggy Detective 2 has changed my perspective on short, narrative games.

I cannot fathom why someone would leave a negative review on this product. Time and time again, we have been proven wrong by the idea that indie studios cannot make high quality games, and Froggy Detective solidifies that idea in my own mind. This is clearly, without a shadow of a doubt, the most passion driven game I've ever seen. The textures may not be there, but the dialogue is so seeped in a unique, enticing surrealness that I was completely caught off guard. The game is witty, clever, and interesting.

I have an hour and a half on record. You can finish this game, likely, in 10 minutes. But why would you? Absorb every line of dialogue.

Accept Froggy into your heart. I sure know I have.
