L4D2 is still better

Jokes aside game is good, but basically in early access. One day you can play, the next day a patch may break it.

It is called heat because your i9 CPU will reach 90C while playing this game.

No but seriously, if you are experiencing this, try creating a user.cfg file and pasting it in the game root folder with the following lines.

Thread.ProcessorCount 6
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 6
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 6

It did not work for me, but at least it worked for some...

Good luck explaining to your employer/ university that 5000 mmr on your CV equals good grades and extracurricular activities.

I am a toad looking chair ridden fat ♥♥♥♥... but when I play this game at least I can cast spells.

Must give credit where credit is due.
The game has made major leaps forward since the state it was when it originally launched in early access.
Developers added tutorials, new crafting recipes and locations, 3rd person and even multiplayer.
The current build is not without flaws, but these are minor and did not overshadow my experience playing this game.
I definitely recommend it if you enjoy survival games. You will be surprised by how detailed and beautiful the ocean looks in this game.
Absolutely well done.

Since my friend gifted me this game approximately 6 years ago I have...

-graduated college
-got a job
-went back to school and obtained a master degree
-moved to a new country
-got another job

Game still in EA and sucks ass. Meanwhile The Long Dark has made leaps forward.
