First of all, the main story is way too short. Too much cut content such as the Clock Tower, City Hall, and the Graveyard. You barely get to explore the city and also feels too small. The puzzles are almost non-existent. Every Nemesis encounter are linear and there is no surprise when you encounter him. The story is still good and the graphics are really stunning.

but I still think RE2 is better than RE3
