Terrible precendent for us customers. They deleted planets and whole missions, I deleted the game from my harddrive, to never go back again.

Does run like a bag of nuts, 2 fps per second. Port is terrible. Unplayable. And I am able to run Assassin's Creed Odyssey with 40 fps.

Imagine that. In 2019 a game, where you have to unplug keyboard and mouse, so that the game does not lag. Yes, you are reading correct. You have to unplug keyboard and mouse, if you are playing with a controller.

Not possible? HERE is is, ladies and gentlemen! From Compile Heart a port for specially made for you, that shows these guys don't have PC. Or do not play many games on it!

How to escape the police the easiest way, that is following you in hordes of cars?

Easy, exit the car, and flee on foot. I think that is not, what the developers had in mind, but with this clunky driving controls, that is the option that works best.

Oh, and the main driving mission in town is bugged. Car lands on it's roof. After that, if you start the mission from checküpoint, endless load loop of doom. Save game corrupted.


And the next mission. Escorting MJ. His van goes off in smole. Restart point makes it impossible to finish the mission at all.

This DLC is a piece of crap.

They did it again.

After the mod debacle on steam, they added 3rd party DLC (paid mods) in their game again. Adding microtransactions into an old game, without any refund system at all!

They must think, we won't notice it, or are too stupid to recognize, that this is the same crap like the 3rd party DLC (paid mods), they tried to sell with the help of Valve shop system.

The unsolved legal problems are the same as in Valves try to sell us 3rd party DLC. No warranty at all, no sollution for compabilty problems.

With their changed policy and obvious greed I cannot recommend buying this game any longer.

Maybe they should have debugged their terrible handling of the shadows in their graphic engine instead. Because the game crashes in highly populated areas, with all parameters above medium. But nooo, instead of finishing and debugging a product, they try to squeeze more money from us, for nothing at all.

Maybe this is the thing, I am most angry about, letting the modders fix their problems in all their games, not even trying to fix the problems only THEY are able to solve: The graphic engine.

Edit: After one weak of research, things are even worse than I thought:

1. It's not possible to even make 3rd party mods with this fileformat they used. Only "paint jobs" and "horse armor" are possible within the limit. So you will only get useless 50 times overprized eye candy out of this. Don't hold your breath for big things. It's not even paid mods, these are really only microtransactions.

2. If rumors are true, then modders get a fixed fee from under 300-1000$. After that they loose all rights of their creation. ZeniMax takes 100% of the future profits for selling the 3rd party DLC. An indication for that is, that the mod authors name is not even in the shop mod descrition.

3. They use ingame currency for selling their microtransactions.

4. They have no refund system. That means, they will not produce modules, that have the chance of the slightest compabilty problems with each other. You know, something like real mods have often. That leaves only "paint jobs" and "horse armor", even for the future. So don't hold your breath, expecting something impressive in the future from the creative microtransaction club.

5. ALL modules, they sell in their microtransaction shop are downloded to YOUR harddrive, occupying space, even if you do not use or buy any of these overpriced eyecandy goods.This is the epitome of idiocy.

6. Every time they update your shop, planned is a two week interval, they will invalidate the script extender FOSE, and the mod author has to change it. Guess how long he is willing to do that. Expect him to say: "You have to decide CC or nexus mods.".

7. The "high quality and tested" CC mods are getting already patches on the nexus. We all know that Bethesda QA is an oxymoron. They need the modders, to fix their ♥♥♥♥.

8. Most of this sold junk you can get as a better version on the nexus.

This is only important, if you use FOSE. Like I said before, I don't think the mod author of FOSE will continue to change it for a very long period of time. He has still to deal with the the new Skyrim version from Bethesda. And is maybe not the most willing person to do anything at the moment.

As promised, I change my review to positive, after they fixed the release AI and startiing bugs.

This game is in my oppinion one of the few, that is even worth the full price tag. The combat system is fun, and fluid, the main protagonist is not the normal do goodie type hero, but former normal person, made into a villain.

The NPC are fun and interesting. And the odds against the main proganist are almost overwhelming, standing almost alone against a established and widely accepted world wide religion.

Stuff of an epic story to unfold.

The AI is pretty good, after the fixes, almost to good on normal. It can win the game on it's own. So hard should be the level of your choice, if you need the slightest challenge.

The best thing about the game, I am able to say is:

It is fun to play.

Way more fun than "Tales of Zestiria" was.

The one game, that I nominated for "The Test of time"

It's a fantastic diablo like game. wih the paossibility to mix 2 of seven classes, to make unique character combinations.

It has a high replayability because of that system.

As far as I played, I had 4 crashes to desktop within the 104 Minutes of playing the game, while selecting Disc jockey in town. Wait for patches, this is too unstable.

System: Windows 7 pro 64 bit.

Additionally with DLC hell. They decided to sell us all DLC extra this time. But it seems, that this are mostly "hats".

Locked to 30 fps. But this isn't really an issue, because it's a tactical JRPG. So it doesn't matter much. This is one of the games, that does not need more than 30 fps.

The player character idea is just terrible, Like the "strategist" in fire emblem, who is never visible on the battlefield. And I don't like the conversations around him very much. It feels forced.

I'll change my review, if they fix the crashes.

Otherwise this is a game with Noire as main character. What is not to like about that. ;) I am not able to say more about the game, after the short time I played so far. but I will insert the positive aspects here, too, after a time.

As said before, my main issue are the CTD. That is unforgiving. With the other aspects I am able to live.

I week has gone by, no message from the developers. I will ask for a refund, buying the game later, if fixed, for 5 Euro in a sale.
