Relaxing and actually as good as Euro Truck Simulator 2, I just wish there are more states open without need of mods.... DLC Maps.

Ahoy! Mateys!

Buying this game started as a joke between me and my pals. We are never one to grind for anything that much but we still bought it. After a few days of playing it, my friends being more inclined towards FPS types of games and DOTA 2 felt that SOT requires a different kind of learning curve than most games we play together and started to think that it just isn't for them. Needless to say, after sinking a few times to sweaty pirates, my friends called it a bust and deleted the game. I on the other hand loved it. It is difficult but I love the fact that it is an open-world (or sea) game and that it offers something new to the table every time I boot it up, my only problem was finding people to play. Good thing then that SOT has a very much alive community and there are tons of servers in Discord that help one who is new to this game find new friends with whom they can sail with! After a few months of playing the game almost everyday, I found additional people I now include in my circle of friends, even my wife plays it with me now as well! Sea of Thieves is one of my most favorite games I played this 2023 and it is not even mid year yet! Honestly, it is one of my favorite games I've ever played!
