Main problem is The fact that when new things are added nothing is done to compensate or include preexisting players is really bad. You are basically punished for leveling up at this point.

times to date this has happened already:
- new pet quest introduced with pets obtainable only through the quest, pets were not given to vet players and quest is not available to them
- Supplements added , nothing gave to balance older players who missed them leveling up forcing you to farm, pay money or stay behind.

TLDR: In order to level past 10 you HAVE to pay. either monthly or by zone. so the fact that people are paying that kind of money to get to max level only to get completely thrown aside with even 1 small thing like a free pet is unbelievable. but to miss out and be permanently behind in supplements is absolutely ridiculous. These two things alone is why I left after playing well over 5 years.
