They fumbled this game very hard. It was interesting in the beginning, the story is pretty mysterious and you're curious to know what's going on. Learning the autopsy stuff is cool at first too. Then it gets really annoying with the guy constantly yawning and grunting and taking his pills every 5 seconds. After you finally trudge your way to the ending, you are rewarded with the most confusing and abrupt thing you will ever see. Steven shows up and ties you to a chair where you go back and forth insisting that you didn't kill your wife except wait oops you pushed her into a wall and she hit her head and died and also Steven has been slipping you his pills I guess?? Then Ridley shows up and Steven shoots him and .5 seconds later it goes to the credits. You also have a 50% chance of being able to get the alternative ending because it might just bug out for you and not work!

Genuinely really fun game that pays homage to the retro survival horror genre. It takes the best parts of games like Resident Evil/Silent Hill while also giving you the option to work with retro mechanics like tank controls or modern day quality of life mechanics. The NG+ bonuses are great too and give a real incentive for replayability.

A fun game but has a lot of room for improvement. I feel like it stretched itself too thin rather than just focusing on its core concept, being a food truck chef. Within the first few hours, you're doing side missions like powerwashing, being a delivery truck driver, and literally hacking into someone's computer.

There are ultimately 4 different types of food you can make; burgers, fries, pizza, and sushi. After a bit it gets repetitive and loses its variety, I wish more time was spent adding new types of foods to cook and upgrades for the food truck. After reputation level 5, there are no more upgrades and it's quick and easy to get there. The game also jumps from severely holding your hand step by step to suddenly "Okay now make a bunch of money and head to the final competition".

Ultimately was fun in some aspects, I'll recommend it for that and hope that the devs someday return to this game with a big content update.

Definitely worth $15. I didn't expect to end up putting 20 hours into the game trying to get the bad endings, good endings, and secret endings. You can tell it was made by Game Grumps from the jokes and Easter eggs. There were areas where it could improve, such as changing the scenery more often, actually changing their clothes when they talk about their clothes being changed, things like that. However it was a wholesome game (until I learned about the creepy lore inside) that I enjoyed and I hope to see updates and DLC's.
