Like how Metroid and Castlevania are together forerunners of the Metrovania genre, Vampire Survivors and Holocure could be considered the same for the Holosurvivor genre.

It's a 80's Buddy Cop/Coming of Age/Action Hero story for the campaign and I love the changes they've made with the mods. If people are complaining they can't recreate their old builds, then they either can't read the new mod descriptions or it's a skill issue imo.

They listened and removed Denuvo Anti-Cheat. Resume ripping and tearing. All of yall need to Cop this game or yall All Bastards.

Can't recommend this due to the Denuvo Anti-Cheat software additions. If it were an option, it wouldn't be an issue, but it's forced, even if there's no plans to play multiplayer. I will not support kernel level anti-cheat "software" and will not buy games that have it in the future. My computer belongs to me, not publishers or developers.

Can't recommend it hard enough. It's difficult without overly punishing you for your mistakes which goes a long way in rewarding skill without feeling (and being) overpowered like in the last quarter of DOOM 2016. The platforming has been expanded and it's just so on the good side of a bit much, but just so. Even if you're secret hunting, unless you're Dean Takahashi, you shouldn't have a problem with any platforming sections at all. I will say the game does keep you on a knife's edge at the start before any upgrades, but after making some progress if you find yourself always low on ammo/health/armor, then you're not doing it right. Use the tools the game gives you to replenish your stocks. Spend some time in the Ripatorium and practice friend. It's not 2016, it's Eternal.

Game works now. Turns out all you need is a Hex Editor. Changing my recommendation to Yes because now that it works, DMC4 is a glorious game,
