I highly recommend this game. It's educational, beautiful, and quite aesthetic. I haven't ran into many bugs or glitches, at least nothing that hurt the gameplay. I use a keyboard and I see nothing wrong with the controls, that may differ for a controller but I doubt it. Please, enjoy the game. It's worth the money.

Personally, this is one of my favorite MMOs.

-The graphics are surprisingly quite amazing and well done. Even so, the lag is at a minimum if at all for me (and my PC is nothing special).
-The range of races and classes isn't a lot but I find that better. You can play as multiple characters (but only two per server) and the smaller range allows you to hone in on your chosen class' skills. Sadly, I've researched the best race for certain classes and Elin has dominated (they're lolis). Elin is the best for primarily everything, especially Sorcerer and Berserker. The only class Elin cannot have is Gunner, but that class is like being The Terminator in Lord of The Rings. If you have a level 40 charcater, you can even create an Elin as a new class.... Reaper. It's amazing. Although, if you don't want to be an Elin and play for the pure fun of creating a character even if they have lesser stats-- go for it-- it's a relaxed game.
-The quests can be fun, but they have some issues. Most are enjoyable to be honest, there's just some rather tedious and prolonged quests for no reason. Sadly, I find that quests are easier to complete to level up than grinding-- as in grinding will take years for you to level up. Therefore you HAVE to do the given quest. Another issue is the community. They don't work together. Everyone is only helping themselves, but you can find some nice ones. With that said, I suggest a solo class so you don't need other people.
-It's challenging, but not impossible. You may have to focus on the pattern of the enemy AI's fighting, but it's a quick learn. Or you could mash the buttons for all your skills and hope for the best. For PvP, mashing is not suggested. It'll take strategy. Personally, I like a challenge-- the more difficult the better-- but if you're unlike me you will still be able to comfortably play.
-YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEND A SCENT OF REAL MONEY TO WIN. You have the option to, but it truly isn't necessary.
-Drop rate is fantastic. You actually get everything from drops, or from completeing quests. You can buy few things from merchants like HP or MP potions and teleporting scrolls (and some other small things), but no armor and weapons. Which may be a downside for people who like to buy everything, but this way you can achieve it. In-game money is easy to come by luckily; it helps to sell gear that you're not using or don't want.
-Decent plot (similar to most MMORPGs), but it's more about the gameplay which is amazing.

As stated above, there are pros and cons, but this game is totally worth it and once you start you don't want to stop. Play to just level 10 and I promise you'll be hooked, if not... then oh well XD. Have fun!
