Game isnt working im trying to fix the control setting and everytime i change a key it doesnt change it to what i want very poor settings cant even play the game

needs more optimization giving it 4 stars a game thats only 600 mb im gettin 20-30 fps, tried many ways to boost my fps but not much of a difference on my 970m

My brother bought this game on special for 13TL and also gifted it to others the game did not come at all and also they refunded the game and didnt give him the discount it should of been. Steam support services are disapointing.
