FM has been very repetitive and has not been progressing much. FM2024 is a bit different.
Pros
-Match engine got improved.
-Goals are very realistic

Cons
-Lots of licenses are still missing (Germany, Premier League teams)
-Saudi Arabia market is crazy, they pay unrealistic amounts to no-value players
