Classic stalker. Gets a bit tedious at times, but the gunplay is phenominal and I really enjoyed the story, even if it was fairly predictable. It really managed to pull on my heartstrings a few times.

Game made my graphics drivers crash so hard they got corrupted and I had to reinstall them. That was not a pleasant experience.

Brutally difficult but incredibly enjoyable. The artwork is so incredibly cute, I love it.

Having played it more and more, I have to disagree with the people saying the balance is wrong. Is it absolutely difficult? Yeah. But it's also not a deck builder in the same way that, for example, Slay the Spire is. The boardstate is way more important, constantly shuffling units around and returning them to your hand for healing.

Edit: with every update it really gets better and better. QoL improvemens, balancing. If the early slew of reviews saying it was too difficult put you off, give it a try and turn on the beta-branch which gets the improvements earlier :)

Absolutely stellar game with a riveting story. A wild ride from start to finish, utterly drenched in atmosphere, backed by solid gameplay.

The start of this game terrified me, the reviews hyped me, but this game was such a disappointed. The enemies completely ruin this game. The AI is terrible, and when it's not, they are easy to evade or even accidently break. It ended up more comedic than scary or gripping.

While I personally had a few issues with performance, which required a slight fix (v-sync and disabling something in the settings), beyond that I have very little to complain about with this game. The story is phenominal, and the music is an absolute delight. Screeching violins in horror has turned into a cliché, yet this game gave me goosebumps regardless as rats poured out of the walls to nibble on my moist flesh, or the low tones of a cello as you make your way through a seemingly abandoned town, or perhaps simply one where the residents, afraid of the plague, refuse to open their doors for you.

All in all, an absolute delight of a game to play. I can highly recommend it.
