Because multiple pieces move at the same time, the game can put you in a checkmate indefinitely and it can be impossible to win some matches, especially on the higher difficulties. This game is extremely rng heavy as well (from shotgun spread to random promotions for pawns reaching the edge).

If it's all for some light fun, this game is great. But the game design kinda falls apart and no longer becomes enjoyable once you get really invested.

- Game is pretty buggy atm. If you're not a big fan of Blind Forest, I'd wait for sale and wait it out till it gets better
- Storyline is very meh
- It's missing a lot of attention to detail. This isn't critical to gameplay, but it's not so pleasing to look at animation sequences break off every time ori limps. Some textures, when played at a resolution higher than 1080p, can look pretty bad

+ Combat is so much better than the last and much more satisfying. Boss fights are absolutely amazing, except maybe the very last one
+ Amazing visuals and soundtracks as always
+ Great level design. Much less instances where the player has to guess what the devs think is obvious when it really isn't
+ New features like race are great. Can't complain, except maybe for some cheaters that complete them in 2 seconds

Bugs no longer an issue now

9/10 Will continue playing till I get One Life achievement

Most fun I've had with VR in a while

Early Access인데도 불구하고 돈이 전혀 아깝지 않은 게임.

매주 업뎃 올라오는 데다 출시된지 4개월밖에 안됬는데 이정도라면 16달러 쯤은 충분히 투자할 가치가 있다

Apart from overabundance of Anime wallpapers this is a solid 10/10

has a *slight* compatibility issue with Raindrop but other than that it's gorgeous
