This was such a fun time, it's very similar to Return of the Obra Dinn if you enjoy that game. I wasn't expecting the story to be this interesting and weird, and the plot twist got me so good that I had to pause for a little bit.

It's really hard to find the words to describe Disco Elysium. I don't know how a game like this was made - the writing, the voice acting, the sheer amount of dialogue and choices - its all just feels like a dream. And the fact that a new indie studio was able to pull this off something so spectacular, only to be completely gutted and destroyed, is so incredibly infuriating and tragic. I can't not recommend this game, but don't give your money to the new owners if possible.

I just hope art like this can persist despite constantly being threatened by capitalism.

I've played at least 300 hours over the span of about 4-5 playthroughs, and yet each time I open the game I still feel excited to explore the world as if it were my first time. This has been my favorite game of all time for the past 6 years, and no game has ever gotten close to replacing it. Honestly there's not really much more I can say about this game that hasn't already been said. If you haven't played The Witcher 3 yet, what are you even doing?

A short but beautiful and heartbreaking story. I don't think a video game, or really any piece of fiction, has ever made me cry this much. Plus, the unique and interesting mechanics make this game such a unique experience.

One of the greatest video games of all time. Make sure to go in completely blind, look up nothing unless absolutely necessary, and take the time to fully understand everything that the game tells you and you'll have an amazing experience.

Also, make sure you use a controller. It'll save you a lot of frustration, especially at the end of the game,

A perfect sequel. Everything from the plot, environment, trials, and especially the characters are have been done so much better than its predecessor. Not to say that THH wasn't a great game, but this game just took the series to the next level. Highly recommend

I know nothing about trucks and I can't even drive yet but I'm addicted to this game. The live radio stations also add a lot to the immersion.

A short but sweet game that I highly recommend playing in one sitting. Unlike other games in this genre, this one doesn't take itself too seriously and has lots of humor. Don't let that fool you though, there are still quite a few spooky moments. This game is extremely underrated and is definitely worth the both the sale price and the full price.

I'm playing as little old Venice, just minding my business as I trade and hang out with my city-state buddies. Everything is peaceful as I spread my religion, Confucianism, until Shaka Zulu comes out of nowhere and surrounds my civilization. Napoleon, being the absolute genius that he is, warns me that Shaku Zulu is plotting against me. Shaka then immediately declares war. Meanwhile, Gandhi completely ignores the defensive pact we agreed to just a few turns ago. Now I'm dying from a heart attack as Shaka's armies are dangerously close to the capital city. Washington refuses to help and Gandhi continues to smile at me and do absolutely nothing, probably also planning to invade my civilization.

I hate this game.

Still a 10/10.
