People seem to be having this issue for around 3 years now on PC, and there seems to be no acknowledgement from Bungie. But the game crashes my PC after a while playing. There's this black screen, sound keeps playing for a while, but you can't alt-tab or ctrl-alt-del, you're stuck. Then your PC becomes dead silent and you're forced to hard reboot. This happens on my Win-10 1903 with i7-4790K, GTX 970, 16GB RAM (no OCs), and on my friend's i7-870, GT 1030, 8GB RAM. NOTHING else ever crashes my PC or my friend's, and we play a lot of other games, even more demanding ones.

I would recommend this game without hesitating if not for a few of its technical problems.

I remember having a hard time to get the game to activate, to login to this integrated Social Club thing, etc. Also, I've just finished the game and I had at least in four cut scenes absolutely NO SOUND. I could hear sound when I'd pause the game or during gameplay, but there was no audio in the cut scenes. Like, I don't know what happened at the end of the game as I could hear nothing...

Apart from that, the game works fine. Tested on Windows 8.1 and Hackintosh (OS 10.9.3). I didn't have a single stability problem.

Story wise, I found the game exausting. It's sooooo extensive... I wanted to find out what would happen at last but it kept throwing more missions. And all you had to do was shoot people, always the same looking people.

The game also has an analogue TV effect that's present all around and I found it particularly disturbing.
