INSIDE is LIMBO but on a grander scale. It has some of the best art direction and sound design I've witnessed in an independent game. Like an interactive painting, each scene is meticulously colored and animated. Only fault I can give it is that it's not a hard game, in fact I found it easier than LIMBO. Even though the puzzles aren't very complicated, it's still worth playing through to the end.

+ Top notch atmosphere from beginning to end; you will feel the despair
+ Marvelously animated, everything you interact with reacts accordingly
- Not very challenging, replay value will depend on your enjoyment

Very well made port of the N64 game (edit: or update of the old PC version). Has the standard customization settings you'd expect from a modern PC game. Performance struggles at parts for some reason, but only rarely.

Sadly, I can only recommend this game for people that truly enjoyed the original Turok. For me, I don't think the game has aged well compared to other shooters of its era (Duke Nukem, Quake, Half-Life). Though, for 5 dollars I got a taste of what it was like to play it again 20 years later.

Buy it if you like Turok a lot (and when it's on sale). You'll get a good remaster of the game you know and love.
Don't buy it if you are expecting an FPS with a lot of depth.

Top tier story, soundtrack, and gameplay.

I originally bought this game on Xbox Live Arcade the day it released and finished it that night with a friend. When I saw Limbo free on Steam a few weeks ago, I had to download it and play it again. Limbo is, in my opinion, a milestone in the puzzle-platformer genre that has yet to be surpassed. While it is only a few hours long, Limbo has made a bigger impact on me than most 60 dollar, AAA games.

+ Great gameplay with fluid animations and interesting puzzles that grow gradually in difficulty.
+ Minimalist story told through engaging imagery rather than words.
+ Sound design on par with big budget titles, possibly better.
+ Art direction that is disturbingly beautiful.

I look forward to playing "Inside", Playdead's follow-up to this game.

When I first got this game I wasn't too impressed with it, but I didn't give it much a try. I just recently started playing this game more and I got to say, IT IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FUN. It's basically the survival mode of Left 4 Dead, but a much more fleshed out experience. I personally prefer Killing Floor to Left 4 Dead because how you can choose classes (called 'Perks' in-game) that give you different advantages depending on the weapons or equipment you use. There are also many different characters to choose from to custom fit your looks. Get this game and play it with some buddies, because it's just gory, awesome fun.

This game is simply incredible, probably one of the best games I've ever played. The story in this game is awesome, as well as the characters, who each have unique personalities. And puzzles are very nice as well. They can become difficult at times, but not enough to make you pull your hair out. Some people may say the single player is kinda short, but I took that as a good thing. The game never dragged on to make me bored, because the pacing in this game is fantastic, and makes you keep on playing. Once you start playing the single player, you'll won't stop until the end, the game is just so engaging like that. And when you're done with tthe single player, you can go on to play the Co-op mode, which is very fun to play with friends, and requires a lot of teamwork. I'd never expect Valve to make a sequel to Portal, but they did, and they pulled it off flawlessly.

Steam's #1 Hat Simulator. Aside from all the buying and trading fiasco, TF2 is fantastic shooter (you'll always have to work as a team to win, no exceptions), has a great community, and will probably be played by gamers till the end of time.
