this game has a great game loop, of going into a rift, getting stuff you need, and upgrading and researching.
I love the progression system which isn't traditional leveling, but rather you can pick up new guns on the way, and you add bullets as you upgrade or research them.
the combos of different kinds of bullets is also fun and interesting.

I know it's incredibly early, but I love the synergy building in this!

Incredibly nice game, it's very stream lined and the sounds are incredibly satisfying. It's such a simple game but yet so complex and I can just sink so many hours into it.

A game with endless possibilities, it truly is a story generator.

I laughed, a lot. It is cute and funny, and it works.
Some minor details could be fixed, but I wouldn't add that here in the review, because spoilers.

I highly recommend it! And am looking forward to the next episodes.

For those of us who may never have experienced the original glory, this is a great way to get a taste of that goofyness of that game. And you can even find the prequel in game! Game within a game. Awe yeah.
